House Rules, Terms and Conditions

1. Respect for neighbours and guests in other apartments:

All our guests want to have a safe and relaxing stay at Casa de les Set Dones, and value the respectful and responsible behaviour of their neighbours, and their right to peace and quiet.

•The use of this property for parties and activities that cause excessive noise is expressly prohibited.

•We specifically ask that you keep your noise down during siesta hours (3-5pm) and at night between 11pm and 9am.

•Guests are expected not to engage in any unlawful activity either online or in person, and to use internet access responsibly.

•No smoking permitted in the flats

2. Maximum Occupancy:

The maximum number of people who can stay in the apartment is clearly indicated in the reservation. It is strictly forbidden to exceed this maximum number.

3. Responsible Use of Electricity and Water:

Guests are requested to use electricity and water responsibly during their stay. It is recommended to turn off lights and electronic devices when not in use, and to avoid excessive electricity and water consumption.

4. Responsibility of the Contract Holder:

The person who contracts for rental of the apartment is responsible for the behaviour of all occupants of the accommodation. In the event of inappropriate behaviour or a violation of these terms and conditions of rental by any person renting, staying or otherwise present on the premises, Room Aqui SL reserves the right to expel the occupants of the accommodation without prior notice and without the right to any repayment of fees or other type of compensation.

5. Exclusion of Liability:

Room Aquí SL shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may arise as a result of the misuse of the accommodation or any equipment or facilities therein by the renting guest, their travel companions or any person which they allow to enter the premises. This includes, but is not limited to: any damage, losses due to fire, theft, crime, accidents.

6. Respectful and Responsible Conduct:

Set Dones Apartments expects all guests to behave respectfully and responsibly during their stay, both with the establishment's staff and with other guests and neighbours. Guests are also expected to use internet access responsibly and not to engage in an unlawful activity either online or in person.

7. Compliance with Regulations:

Guests undertake to comply with all the rules and regulations established by Set Dones Apartments and Room Aquí SL, the owner of the accommodation. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the ejection from the premises, without refund, or a claim for financial compensation.

By booking a stay at the property, the person making the booking has entered legal contract with Room Aquí SL, and accepts these terms and conditions, declares to have read and understood them in their entirety, and undertakes to comply with them during their stay at the property.
